Constructed of breathable moisture wicking material. Contoured pillow prevents unwanted rotation and arm motion. Accessory wedge available to provide additional external rotation as prescribed. Posterior cutout on the pillow increases comfort and reduces chance of nerve impingement of the elbow. Therapy ball included to aid with reduction in swelling.
